YOUTH HOME INAUGURAL -- Mayor Mauricio Domogan (center) and Councilor Betty Lourdes Tabanda, assisted by City Social Welfare and Development Officer Betty Fangasan, cut the ceremonial ribbon during the inauguration of the P19million Youth Home and family Life Resource Center last May 5. The new building -- located beside the Baguio City Police Office -- will serve as a temporary shelter for youth in conflict with the law, counseling, livelihood and other social welfare intervention services.
