Why tomorrow belongs to WOMEN

Tom Peters, personal brandin guru and author coined in his book Re-Imagine! that tomorrow belongs to women. He said that since more and more women are climbing the corporate ladder and that gender equality is up for the push, women seem to control the society. Women can be found in almost all industries dominated by men.

“There are women police offcers, women soldiers, women pilots, women in government and women in public service. “There are  more  women  at work, in small and large corporations, start up companies,  consulting,  services, women in technology and women in science.

“There are  women who  run their own businesses, Run others’ businesses, or even if they stay at home, women earn huge income online.

Women care for their families, spouses and children  or even parents while at the same time provide food on the table. Women now are hunters. Sometimes better, they solve things in the house, solve problems of the household,handle budget and yes, make major decisions at home.

Women now hold the decision when it comes to buying something, from car to real estate, to what school should the kids go. Women hold the largest purchasing power in the world.

“There are  numerous single mothers who are achievers in their own right. Women are stronger now than ever before, deciding for themselves, their futures and their careers.

Women are much active in social mediathan men. Women are more connected to brands, women are more loyal to brands and women recommend brands they love more to their friends and online community.

Yes, Tom Peters was right. Tomorrow belongs to women.
